PAYMENT OPTIONS -UPON PICK UP AND ONLINE

Currency- All our products are listed in Fijian Dollars (FJD)

Payment Options-

We accept cash and M-PAiSA payments when collecting items from our location in Suva.

Online payments- We accept M-PAiSA and bank transfers to our ANZ business bank account;

In the M-PAiSA app, under "PAYMENTS" click on "BUSINESSES". Search for "You Are My Sunshine (Fiji) Pte Ltd. Enter the amount to pay (Please ensure the correct amount is sent). Add your name as the narration. Please send a copy of the receipt via Viber or Whatsapp 893 1899.  

 

Processing Times-

All our items are currently in stock (unless specified otherwise) and are ready to be picked up within 24 hours during our designated collection hours from our location in Suva. 

We will ship out orders ONLY once full payment has been made and cleared. All items will be sent out within 2 working days upon receiving full payment.

Pick up and Delivery Options-

We allow customers to pick orders from our location: House number 9, Kaikai Road, Off Lower Ragg Avenue Namadi Heights, Suva.

Collection hours;

Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 1.00pm, 5.00pm-7.00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 1.00pm

Public Holidays- Upon request only

Delivery Options;

EMS - (Within Viti Levu) Delivery usually between 1-3 working days.

Orders within 5 kg - $12.00

Orders between 5.1 kg to 10 kg - $15.00

(If your order is above the specified weight, you will be informed of the rate)

EMS - (Vanua Levu) Delivery usually within 3-5 working days. 

Orders within 10kg - $19.00

(If your order is above the specified weight, you will be informed of the rate)

Door to Door delivery by You Are My Sunshine

We offer delivery within the Suva-Nakasi corridor at a flat rate of $10.00. Delivery times are scheduled so please enquire on the delivery date and time for your area.
